As one of the leading providers of staffing and workforce solutions in the nation, EmployBridge spans over 490 locations and has been named the largest industrial staffing firm in the U.S. With its product being "productive people," EmployBridge understands the need to embody its core values in daily actions, support its associates, and foster a sense of community. In line with these values, EmployBridge recently announced the launch of the Better WorkLife Academy in partnership with Penn Foster!

Through the new partnership, the Better WorkLife Academy will make a wide variety of Penn Foster's online, career-focused courses available to its associates across 25 U.S. markets. EmployBridge associates will be able to enroll in the Penn Foster programs free-of-charge, supporting the organization's goal of helping those who work for and with EmployBridge improve their skills and have expanded career opportunities.

In addition to directly benefetting EmployBridge associates, this partnership also marks a positive step in the battle to close the skills gap across the nation. Employers, educators, non-profit organizations, and more play a role in improving economic mobility and preparing workers for the jobs of today and tomorrow, and the Better WorkLife Academy serves as a clear example of how employers and educators can, and must, collaborate to attain these goals. When commenting on the launch, EmployBridge President Joanie Courtney highlighted that in addition to upskilling their associates, the partnership seeks to proactively attack the skills gap that has been hindering economic recovery.

The launch of the Better WorkLife Academy began this month with RemX Specialty Staffing, a brand within the EmployBridge professional division, and will continue to expand to additional EmployBridge brands.
