By connecting pet parents with healthcare providers and offering a community for veterinary medical providers, the overall experience can be improved for both. This strategy includes supporting the professional goals of the veterinary healthcare team. In order to do so, Thrive partners with Penn Foster to offer comprehensive, industry-recognized online training for the veterinary field. Through this partnership, Thrive offers a sponsorship for veterinary assistants to take the next step in their career by completing Penn Foster’s Veterinary Technician Associate Degree. Currently, 5% of Thrive’s veterinary team members have enrolled in the program, with many of them set to earn their veterinary technician credentials within the next year.
