Students thrive when learning is personalized, interactive, and tied directly to their career goals, new data from Penn Foster Group’s implementation of LAADS (Learner-centered, Authentic, Active, Differentiated, and Skill-based) revised courses show.


Through the LAADS model, Penn Foster redesigned critical courses in two programs as part of the pilot – the Veterinary Technician biology course and Dental Assistant Program courses – offering more interactive and simulation-based elements, improving course engagement 19%.
