They will also learn strategies to help them be more productive and adapt to change.

By the end of this course, your learners will be able to: 

• Explain the personal skills and strategies exhibited by a successful employee

In this course, your learners will learn how to ensure positive interactions with diverse populations. They'll explore various channels of communication and strategies for overcoming communication barriers. Your learners will also learn about the importance of teamwork, different roles of team members, characteristics of leadership, and strategies for overcoming conflict employed by successful teams.
